Thermo Burn Pills II've heard so many people talk about having a "cheat meal" as a way to keep them on track. Please define for me what exactly "on track" means? Seriously. Do you mean you need a bad meal to keep you "on track" to eat healthier meals the rest of the week? Gads. Stop. You will just continue to reintroduce yourself to every bad habit you were trying to break before you decided to "eat healthy". Here's the bottom line: IF you are working towards a goal, whether it's Weight Loss or training, there is no such thing as a cheat meal. It just means you need an excuse to fall (or FAIL) off your healthy eating regime.
